“Coucher de soleil” has an exceptional view of the sea, a cozy atmosphere, It is perfect for a relaxing, romantic or sporting break in a preserved natural environment, while enjoying the advantages of a small dynamic town.
The Belle Epoque style residence where our studio is located is on the pedestrian sea wall of Wimereux. The west-facing studio is peaceful, you have a sea view without being bothered by cars with the sun all afternoon and of course magnificent sunsets.
In Wimereux you have the possibility of playing tennis, golf and horse riding. From the studio you are less than 5 minutes walk from the city center, where you have many quality shops and restaurants.
“Coucher de soleil” is ideal for solo, two or family (we can provide a travel cot and a high chair on request).
Our studio is located on the third floor with elevator. It has 3 keys with the Clévacances label for 3 people (“great comfort”). There are three rooms and an area of 26 m2. We therefore offer you a large studio with a feeling of size accentuated by the ceiling height of 3 meters and the view of the horizon.
The main room
room has a beautiful surface area. You have plenty of storage space: laundry room, chest of drawers.

You have at your disposal a solid wood mezzanine bed under a high ceiling. The spring mattress is of very good quality. You have access to the mezzanine via a miller staircase.
You also have a sofa bed with a very good quality foam mattress.
The equipped kitchen:
The fitted kitchen is independent; you have everything you need to cook like at home. (pans, salad bowls, stewpot, utensils, etc.). There are 4 ceramic hobs, a large electric oven, but also a microwave for quick meals.
We added a kitchen stock (salt, pepper, oil, wine, aromatic herbs from the garden, etc.). the dishes are in large quantities and not mismatched, you have fish cutlery…
A bathroom with toilet
The bathroom has a large corner shower cubicle, as well as a sink unit with plenty of storage. You have at your disposal a washing machine with dryer. The toilets are in the bathroom.

Our rental conditions :
- You can rent by the week, by the fortnight, by the night, for a weekend (from Friday to Sunday)
- We rent from 2 nights.
- Outside of very high season, arrival and departure days are free
- For Christmas and high season, we rent from 3 nights. (1)
- In very high season, rental is from Saturday to Saturday only.(2)
