How to contact us:

If you wish to have information and /or wish to book one of our apartments, you have 3 solutions to contact us:

How to book:

After contacting us to let us know that you want to book one of our apartments, we will send you a rental contract by email or post office to complete it. You can send it back to us by email or post office.

We will ask you an advance payment of 25% of the rental price upon signing the contract.

We will also send you in this e-mail, a document with all our rental conditions. If you wish to have this document before making a decision, you can ask us for it, we will be happy to send it to you by email.

Important rental conditions to know before contacting us:

The accepted payment methods:

  • bank transfers
  • cash payment (on the day of arrival)
  • The bank card (on the day of arrival )
  • paypal : please, don’t pay without having contacted us before.

The tourist tax :

The tourist tax is 0.85 € / adult / day. Minors, people with disabilities do not pay it.

options services:

The towels option is at 5 €/ person.
These package are optional, if you want to have them, the supplement will be asking at your arrival.

Cleaning option : If you want to leave without worrying about cleaning, you can take the cleaning option for € 45 for the apartment “un pied dans l’eau  and €  for the apartment ” coucher de soleil”.

If you do not take the cleaning option, and if you didn’t doing the cleaning correctly, we will take on the deposit the cost of €35 or €45 to clean the apartment ourself.

Bed linen : The bed’s linen option is at 20 €/ double bed, 15€/ simple bed (only for the apartment “un pied dans l’eau) and 5€ for the baby bed.

Energy consumption (water, electricity and gas) included

Our prices are all charges included (including heating).

Animals :

We are sorry because we can’t accept cats because I am very allergic to cat hair. We accept dogs out of summer season on request. (be carreful, dogs are prohibited on the beach and the dike very strictly in summer and more flexible way in winter).

Security Deposit:

On your arrival, we will ask you a security deposit of € 250 for the both apartments . The security deposit will be returned to you on your departure after an inventory.

If you pay the security deposit in cash, we will give you a proof of payment.

Access by car:

from Lille by the A 25 motorway then the A 16 motorway towards Calais/Boulogne sur mer: 1 hours and half
From Arras by the A 26 then N 42 motorway from Saint Omer, then arrived at BOULOGNE SUR MER take the A 16 motorway towards Calais: 1 hours and half
From Brussels by the E 40/A 10 motorway then the A 16 motorway towards Calais / Boulogne sur mer: 2 hours and half
From Paris by the A16 motorway towards Calais/Amiens: 2 hours and half

To access our apartments, from the A16 motorway, take exit N°32 – Wimereux Sud.
Take the direction of Wimereux.
At the first roundabout in Wimereux, take the third road on the right (Avenue Foch). Go straight for 300 meters. Rue des Anglais is a perpendicular street. Turn left at Avenue de Calais, then take the first left.

The residence is in a cul-de-sac leading to the sea wall

Parking is on the street:

Since April 2022, for the first time we had to pay to park  our car avenue Foch and boulevard Thiriez.

From April 2023, all parking spaces between the sea and “rue Napoléon” are chargeable from April to October (from 9 a.m. to noon. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., the first quarter of hour is free).
Rue Carnot is paying all year round in the shopping area only.
The other streets at Wimereux are free
There is ample free parking at the south entrance. 10 minutes walk from the building: Coming from Boulogne sur mer, at the first roundabout take the first right.
Every day in summer, free shuttles are scheduled every 45 minutes to take you to the beach, downtown…
